Slightly interesting facts about Maze House

*Our hedge maze has been growing for 28 years.

*Our maze trimmer has spent over a year of his life cutting the maze. He spends the time daydreaming and writing bad poetry.

*We grow our own firewood and lots of our own food.

*Our milk bar is home to the witness box from the old Ballarat Court House – lots of stories to tell.

*Inside the maze is up 2 degrees cooler in summer and warmer in winter when the wind is blowing!

*Hope this doesn’t sound braggy but we try to minimise our waste. We generate less than 120L of rubbish per fortnight – the same as a house.

*We supply op shop mugs for take away coffee instead of disposable cups. We ask people to keep them or give them back to an op shop one day.
